Checks are scheduled at minutes 17 and 47 of each hour. The public heartbeat is republished when data or source health changes, or after six hours; every attempt has a private GitHub Actions report. A routine scan does not change a guide’s review date.
When sources are unavailable, the catalogue is preserved. A red or partial scan status is not evidence that every code expired. Direct Discord monitoring is not connected.
