| 5× gym | 5× | 3 |

Choose a training target you can measure
Before training, record your blocks per trip and full-trip duration. After a short training session, repeat the same route. Compare delivery throughput, not just the stat number.
A larger training multiplier is useful only when you can actually access the station. Check the unlock sign before planning around a later tier. We do not publish a made-up formula that converts Strength directly into blocks.
Decide when training has paid back
An example: if five minutes of training improves your delivery pace from 200 to 250 blocks per minute, the skipped deliveries were about 1,000 blocks and the later gain is 50 per minute. The simple break-even is around 20 more minutes of delivery. This illustrative calculation assumes a constant pace and ignores other progression rewards.
Use the calculator with measured values before and after a change. It estimates delivery time, not the game’s stat growth or gym tick mechanics.
